I am new to using Jira, I use it to organize my freelancing projects. So far it has worked really well, but I was wondering if there's any way (native or app-based) to set the default Issue categories (not project categories).
Currently, I need to manually go to the List view and enter the new categories as well as their assigned color. It's not a massive issue but it's very tedious. I found some apps that let me make project templates, but so far none of them have allowed me to copy the categories over.
Any input would be appreciated. Thanks!
