How to set automatic watchers to all isues created in the project?

Need to that how can set WATCHER for my QA, that give the automatic Email notification on registered Email Id.

It's not really possible to set a single user or group of users to be watchers on an issue. Here's what I would do to achieve the same result:

• Create a new project role called "QA"
• In the Users and roles project admin configuration, add the user(s) who are your QA users to the new "QA" project role.
• In the notification scheme for the project, update the notifications so that users in the "QA" project role get notified of the same events/actions that watchers would be notified for.

Using the above approach, all members of your QA team should receive the same notifications as if they were a watcher on an issue. You could also customize which notifications they get if they don't need to get all of the same notifications as watchers using this method.
