How to send an email when an issue's rank changed?

Hi,

 

Our BA team wants to get email when specific projects' issues ranks changed.

But i don't know hot to catch that rank changed event.

Can you help me to solve this?

Changing rank would trigger the "issue updated" event in the notification scheme. That's the spammiest event since nearly any change will trigger that so be careful with adding recipients to that event.
