How to select the fields you want to export into Excel from an saved filter?

Hello, 

I have a saved filter and I have issues returned.  I can see the Export button with options Printable, Full Content, RSS (Issues), RSS (Comments), CSV (All Fields), CSV (Current Fields), HTML (All Fields), HTML (Current Fields), XML, Word and Dashboard charts.  However, I don't see where I can select the fields I want to export.  When I select CSV (Current Fields) I get 5 fields, which don't include the data I am looking for.  Where is the option where I can select which fields to export?  I don't see a Column option as others have mentioned in other posts.

I am using the Jira Data Center v9.4.21

Hi Paul,

 

To select the fields for your extract

  1. click configure columns
  2. search and select the fields you wish to extract
  3. export using "my defaults option"

Hi Shane,

 

How do I get to the page that you show in the first image?  The 2 menu options takes me to pages where there is no button to configure columns.
