Hi,
In Jira server it was possible to see all project roles of a user.
As organisation admin i am responsible to disable users.
In the past, on our server instance, i had the possibility to do a good clean-up
On the details of a user (in crowd) i got a list of all roles from a user. It was easy to maintain.
It was possible to uncheck all the project roles from the user before disabling the jira access.
I don't find this possibility in cloud.
In Atlassian Administration under User, when you click on a user's details, you have a three dot menu next to the "Log in as user" button where you can select View Jira project roles.
You'll then get an overview of all the user's project roles.
With the Edit Project Roles buton on the right-hand side you can check/uncheck project roles for the user account.

Hi @Dave Mathijs ,
I am an organisation and site admin. I tried to find the described button "View Jira project roles" to see all project roles of an user, but I can not find it. I also don't see the “Log in as user” button.
I see e.g. the menu items "Assign org admin role", "Suspend access" and "Remove user".
Were the described buttons removed from the Jira Cloud version within the last year?

Step 1. Search specific user and click on Show details
Step 2. Then click on the three dots.

Thanks for the hint. Now, I found it.
This is on the user details page in the Atlassian Administration > Directory.
