How to see the issue status in the kanban board view

Lea Pevzner August 18, 2019

Hi,

I would like to see the status of the issues in my kanban board view.

Currently I can see the issue name, the issue type, the priority and the assigned person. I would like to see the status as well, without clicking into the issue and opening it. The reason I want to see it this way, is that my columns are weeks and I want to be able to see the status of all the issues in a specific week.

Please assist, thank you.

You can customize card layout for this.

For this go to `board settings` (three dots in new jira) find `card layout` in there and add or remove field you desire.

it's only available for company managed projects or just available to the admin in the team managed projects? I just want to get verification.
