Hello Team,
There are some JIRA tickets deleted by mistake and want to restore the same. I am using JIRA cloud software.
Please let me know if any way to restore the same, preferably without using any app/add-on.
Hi Sabyasachi,
No, the tickets are gone. You could restore your latest backup - if you have one, but you would lose everything you have done since that last backup.
You should modify your Permission Schemes to not allow Delete issue. And get a good Backup and Restore app from the Marketplace that will give you the ability to do granular restore, like for a single issue or of a project. I recommend the Revyz Data Configuration Manager for Jira.

Hello, @Sabyasachi Samal ,
Unfortunately, if they are deleted, they are gone unless you have a backup.
Actually, a backup and Disaster Recovery plan is one of the security best practices to make sure that your data is always accessible, available, and recoverable from any point in time. For that reasons, for example, you can use GitProtect backup & DR software for Jira.
If you want to learn more about best practices to build your backup strategy, take a look at the following article: https://gitprotect.io/blog/jira-backup-best-practices/
