We have paid version of Jira Cloud but it does not allow me to report a bug. Though Create Issue dialog is opening fine but when I press Create button on the dialog it shows me the following message:
"User 'xxx' doesn't have the 'Assign Issues' permission"
Please help as I've critical issue to report (When a story is deleted it deletes subtasks that were moved to another story right before)
You should contact Atlassian Support instead of opening a new bug there.
The problem is that I cannot contact Atlassian Support due to the problem that I mentioned here

It's not about creating issue in our own project hosted on Jira Cloud but to Atlassian project called Jira Cloud

Just tried your link and after submitting my problem it showed the problem similar to my one - but only the button was shown to confirm that it solves my issue. Actually, it solves if it would be fixed but it is not fixed.

Thank you, Ignacio, for your help.
I've not created a ticket as there were already one logged 2 weeks ago:
https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-68554
It's strange that Atlassian treats such a disruptive bugs as a low priority...

I'm not sure whether or not is better the way it works now, but I've just voted for it for Atlassian to review it, because if it used to work differently, it should now display a confirmation dialog informing that the subtasks are also going to be deleted as well.

Why should subtasks that belonging now to other story be deleted with current story? It's obvious that they should not be deleted so I think Atlassian should not show dialogs that are asking questions like "do you want to have an unfixed bug to be applied now to your action?" :)
