How to move Sub-Tasks field underneath the Description field when viewing an issue?
There's no "Sub-Tasks" field in the screen I'm using, neither there's "Smart Checklist" field
Moreover, there're no such fields at all, I guess they're just created after you create sub-task or an issue, but I still want to manage their order, is it possible?

No, there's no way to re-arrange the field areas on this screen.
The sub-task section only appears after you have added a sub-task to the issue though, it'll vanish if your issue has none.
