How to remove the Done check mark next to a ticket that was reopened?

We have an issue with JIRA where tickets that are resolved but then reopened, are still marked as “done”. Do you know how to fix this?

you need to edit the workflow and use a Post Function to clear the Resolution for the transition out of Done to reopen.
