How to read excel file Using scriptrunner

I want to parse the Excel file, extract the data, and enter it in the custom field.

So I want to read the excel file with filestream first and parse a specific column to get the data, is this possible with scriptrunner?

If possible, please let me know the sample code of which api to use.
