How to port relations from mantis into jira

jira does not take relations of the tickets by mantis. Mantis version 1.2.2

Use linkIssue action from JIRA Command Line Interface . Depending on what form you have the relationships from Mantis, you can use either runFromCsv or runFromSql to easily run a bunch of linkIssue actions.
