Hi All,
I am very new to Jira, so please bare with me.
I am trying to access data from our Jira Server via ODBC through Tableau for data visualization. I can access most of my info just fine, but when it comes to SLA information, I am stumped.
I realize that SLAs are used to track time between statuses (my simple understanding of it), so in order for me to replicate these reports from Jira and put them on Tableau, I need to somehow track the change in statuses. I can't find this info just on the Issues table alone, so my question here is which table would I have to pull in order to see this kind of stuff?
