i have configured in such a way that when a user sends a mail to a particular mail-id ,the ticket has to be created on the jira project board
now the problem is when the user creates a ticket ,the user is getting mails to his inbox which is not required so
can anyone tell is there any way that how to move those incoming mails from inbox to a seperate folder

The rules about email will be handled by the gmail or outlook account not jira. So if the user don't need email, you can modify the notification scheme or let each user create a rule in this mailbox to handle those mail.
