How to migrate salesforce Agile accelerator data to jira

1 answer

Hi @Suchit Kharatmol ,

while I don't have a specific answer for this, Jira does provide a way to import generic data e.g. through CSV - https://confluence.atlassian.com/adminjiracloud/migrating-from-other-issue-trackers-884344525.html. If you are able to export your Work or Backlog items to CSV, this might be a good option.

Furthermore, if you need to associate your Jira issues with your Salesforce records, there are connectors available to do the job (https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=salesforce), and some Atlassian Solution Partners (https://www.atlassian.com/partners/) even provide migration services.

Thanks ,

PVS
