How to migrate epics and tasks from a new generation project to a scrum project ?

New generation projects miss some features, I really need metrics and boards personalization. Can I migrate new type of epics into standard epics ? and how can I keep the link between epics and its tasks children ? 

I already try to move epics from a project to another but I have to fill some fields like epic name (I can't have the same value for all epics) and I loose the link between epic and tasks...

You are going to need to do some manual work. 

1. Create new Epic in classic project
2. move all issues associated with an epic from NG to the classic project. 
3. Use bulk move for these issues to add Epic Link to Link them to the new epic
4. repeat for each epic.

Thanks for the answer, I was hoping I won't have to create the 100+ epics into the old generation project but I will do this.
