How to manage image properties in a ticket Description?

Is there a way to manage the image properties inside the description field in JIRA?
Like width, border, type of thumbnails, alt....

And second, I know I could update the code via the text of the Description, I find pretty useful the property width=100% as listed here

What happens is that, if I change something via the visual of the Description, then the percentage is removed, changing the layout of the ticket as listed here

Is there an effective way to do / fix this?

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

When using the new issue view, currently it's not possible to manage the image properties. It was possible on the old view where the editor was Wiki Markup and now, the new Markdown editor doesn’t have this option. 

There is a feature request suggesting the implementation of this ability:

• When adding an image to a description, I want to be able to resize the image that appears there
