Hi All ,
We are using TFS4JIRA tool to integrate Jira and Azure DevOps.
Is it possible to sync only ticket creation 1 way ,that is from JIRA to TFS , but any update of ticket is both direction?
The reason is ADO project new ticket is often auto create new JIRA ticket, but we do not want JIRA ticket created from ADO. We only would like new ticket creation is one direction, from JIRA to TFS, but all the updates of that ticket should be both direction.
Dear Sushmitha
Yes, it is possible with the use of FILTERS present in each profile.
May I ask which version of TFS4JIRA do you use? Is it Self-Hosted or Cloud Native?
Best regards
Damian Kilkowski
Dear Sushmitha
OK, 7.10.26 is pretty OLD. You need our latest versions which have much wider FILTERING capability.
If you wish we can setup a support call (60 minutes) where I will guide you on how to upgrade your application to version 9.6 and will explain what exactly needs to be done with filters.
Please simply book a slot using my calendly link: https://calendly.com/damian-kilkowski/support-call-60min
Please let me know if it suits you.
Best regsards
