Hi,

I do not see the option to set the Assignee to Required in the field configuration.

So, any idea how to make it mandatory in one Jira project and optional in other Jira project ?

Workflow validation can be option but that's not good enough;

I want all the mandatory fields behave the same, with red *

Hi @Gal Fatal

This can't be done.

You have the workflow option or the option in the general settings to disallow unassigned issues on global level.

Or use a 3rd party app JSU, see making-assignee-field-required-when-allow-unassigned-issues-is-turned-on-in-general-configuration
