I would like to know if it's possible to make an issue's SLA counter begin only after a linked issue has been completed.

Hello @gabriela lobo welcome to the community. You can't do that as you describe it but maybe you could have a status where the sla time doesn't count. You move any ticket with linked issues there, then as the linked issue is closed, you could have an automation rule that transitions the other ticket and therefore, start the clock
