We are using the Document Manager template for our documents.

The proposed workflow did not mark done issues as resolved. Additionally, we set the closed issues as read only (part of a quality system).

I now have done and read only issues that are not marked as resolved. How can I edit the read only flag or the resolution flag in order to mark issues as resolved ?

Thanks,

Benjamin

Hi @Benjamin Mertens,

Have you ever considered retaining some of the roles that can edit Issue permissions, such as Sys-Admin, which you can modify in the workflow configuration.

It might be useful to give a few examples here:

  • jira.permission.edit.group.1=some-group-one
  • jira.permission.edit.group.2=some-group-two

Thanks Ollie,

Actually, it is a good idea. I finally changed the workflow in order to allow the issue to be sent back in review and then I validated in order to mark the resolution as done.
