How to link Confluence to JIRA?

Andrash Zhenei March 16, 2014

The question is in the title. I am using for both a test version on the Atlassian website. I go into JIRA -> Administration -> System copy what is under Base URL. Then go to Confluence -> Admin -> Application Links and paste it there. It seems to recognize it as JIRA, but then says internal server error. Maybe the problem is that they are somehow on the same account (JIRA is "https://xxx.atlassian.net" while Confluence is "https://xxx.atlassian.net/wiki")? Normally it should work easier and be automatic, no?

Hi Andrash, judging by your URLs (https://xxx.atlassian.net/wiki), it seems that you're using OnDemand applications. In case it's correct, I'd suggest that you contact our support team at https://support.atlassian.com

Cheers
