You do not have access to Jira settings or Atlassian admin, contact your Jira admin to grant you access. This is the response I am getting and unable to track any admin even though I am the project lead and no team memeber

Hi @Saira Alvi 

If you have a Scrum Master you can reach out to know more, and am unsure in some projects - Board from Backlog view will have Configure option available for read-only for all the members.

From that navigation when you get in to configure->General will get you to the board name and Administrators information.
