How to keep issue links and dependencies when exporting jira gantt chart to confluence

I have created a lovely gantt chart in Jira and set up all of the dependencies / links between the issues. It displays as a nice gantt chart. However when I export the chart and view it in GanttCloud all of the dependencies disappear and my issues all end up starting on the same day instead of having finish to start dependency links.

I have embedded the gantt chart in a confluence page using the iframe macro - but unless it displays with all of its links / dependencies it's kind of useless.
