How to include the ticket assignee's full name on the Customer Satisfaction survey

Hi,

Just looking to reconfigure the wording within the email body on the customer satisfaction survey to include the assignee/agent of the ticket. I know it does already show it on the rating page but we want it to be included in the initial body if possible.

I am able to show their first initial and surname using $assignee but ideally want to be able to show their full name - is this possible?
