How to include Portfolio Strategic Theme in JQL Query?

My Portfolio plan has Initiatives linked to themes? How can I get this theme in my JQL query?

This is not currently possible out of the box. Request here, vote to see it addressed: https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JPOSERVER-1547

Hopefully Atlassian addresses this soon and lets all Portfolio data elements become searchable in JQL and available to add to the JIRA issues themselves. They've been making progress, but not yet complete.
