Hi Shivendra,

This can be done but you will need to first import the bugs from Bugzilla into a self-hosted instance of JIRA to perform the conversion of the Bugzilla data into JIRA data, then you can export the data from the self-hosted instance into your JIRA OnDemand instance but you can't import directly from Bugzilla into JIRA OnDemand without first converting the data in a self-hosted JIRA instance.

You can read about how to import Bugzilla data into JIRA in this document:

Hi Shiva,

You might use the following documentation as well for when moving the data from JIRA hasted to your Cloud (On Demand) instance:

Hello Team

Plz tell how we can integrate our KB (Third party Knowledge Base) with JIRA so that if any body update it then comes into JIRA in the perticular Project.

Please update it soon.

Thanks and regards
