How to identify which tester worked on which task of sprint board in jira if there are two testers with same name.

In JIRA, the user names are unique.

What do you mean by 'two testers with same name'? You mean display name?

If you use internal user management, rename the display names.

If it is external user management, it is a bad practice on the other end who configured 2 accounts to have same display name.

The queries that you run on jira will take the usernames as parameters and not display names. So atleast that would help in the reports.
