How to hide closed tickets in Tempo Timesheet?

Hi, how can i do that? Right now i have a list with more then 20 tickets, its to much for me

Hi Donny,

can you give us some more information where in Tempo Timesheets you are positioned when you are viewing the list of Tickets.

I see it is an old question but for us it is an actual problem. 

When im in the Tempo Timesheet and search for a Ticket to log some time on I have this search:

LogTimeTempo.PNG

The problem is now that we have many similar tickets and the number of tickets are increasing very fast. We like to exclude the closed tickets of this search, it would help us very much. Is there a way to do it?
