How to guarantee the Jire Key order is the order that they were create in source system?

Our resulting imported Jira issues are not in the order from the .csv file. We want the tickets to have sequential keys in sync with the creation date in the source jira project. How can we guarantee the order that they are created?

It is supposed to be in the order that you have in the CSV. Are you creating sub-tasks as well during the import?
