Description:
I need to create a new role that allows a global team user to view tickets from selected organizations. For example, I want them to access tickets from Team Malaysia and Team Vietnam, but not Team Thailand.
I have attempted to create a new role for this but am unsure how to configure it correctly to restrict access by organization. Could you provide guidance on the correct permissions and settings needed to achieve this?
Additional Information:
Thank you.
Welcome @Bryan C
If you mean defining the project roles that will have one set of users, then another project role with different set of users and setting the visibility, you can do this with issue security schemes.
In your project don't forget to include your users into a project with the defined project role - that project role will have the predefined users first.
Hi @Bryan C
Thanks for reaching out to the community, The best way to achieve this was create a groups(team malaysia, team vietnam, team thailand) separately and in the permission schema you can update only particular group can view the issues(Browse permission)
