How to get all associated users for the project where project is created with custom template?

We have a custom template project, for which in plugin development we are required to configure project specific user from available list of project specific users only.

How to get only project specific users?
How to check in backend that user is has Jira Software in Applicatio?

In order to add specific users to a project, the best way to organize this is by creating groups. A site administrator can create different groups and add specific users. 

Then, instead of adding user by user to a project, it's possible to select this group and give the same permission to everyone.

• Create and update groups

Regarding your second question, only a site admin can check who has Jira Software access. They can go to Cog icon > User management > Product access and click on the number of users.

They can also access this information on Groups and clicking on the default group that gives access to Jira Software.
