How to format the comment mentions for JSON import into JIRA

I know how the format for comments is in JSON format. But If I have to specify a mention of a user in a comment so that a bubbled user is present in the comment.

You can use syntax: [~accountId:<account id>] in the body of the comment. 
Instead of <account id> put a correct user account_id who should be mentioned.


Sample: 

"comments": [

{

"body": " Hello [~accountId:xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxxx]. ",
....
}]
