We have a problem with the org admin. First of all, for some reason it became disabled and we couldn't turn it back on. We decided to deactivate him and invite him again, which was done. But to send him an invite is not possible until you remove him from the deactivated. But the problem is that the deactivated filter does not find him! How to be and what to do?
Hi Roman,
Welcome to the community :)
Could you please confirm if you are unable to see the user in the below list
The list of active suspended users should be there. If that's the case, i request you to raise a support ticket with the team https://support.atlassian.com/
The team can further check what is the issue with the account
Thank you ,
Prachi
Hi @Roman Hryshchenko Welcome to the Atlassian Community
First, you log into admin.atlassian.com and select your company.
Then under the tab Directory, you find the Users. The filter in black allows you to select the Status of the users you would like to see ( Active, Suspended or Deactivated) and the Role you would like to filter. In your case you would like to keep the Role-filter not selected.
Deactivating a person makes his/her account credentials invalid, the person cannot log-in anymore.
Reinviting that same person with the same email address would still end up with a deactivated account. You need to set the status of that persons account to Active.
Hope this helps you get your Organizational admin back into the saddle :)

Thanks for the answer! But it doesn't work for me. Deactivated users are not shown with any filters.
