How to export the content of Jira 3.10.2 and import it into Jira 5.0.2

Group A use Jira 3.10.2 ,the database is PostgreSQL 8.2

Group B use Jira 5.0.2 , the database is Mysql 5.5

Now I want to export the content of Jira 3.10.2 and import it into Jira 5.0.2 , then Group A can use Jira 5.0.2 , How do I do can finish this purpose ?

Maybe I export PostgreSQL 8.2 library and import it into Mysql 5.5

Or I export XML from Jira 3.10.2 and import the XML into JIra 5.0.2

Please help me,thank you!

Hey there, I think the first thing that you should do is to upgrade your JIRA 3.10.2 to JIRA 5.0.2, I'd recommend using this documentation as a guide on how to do that.

Also, are you trying to get both Group A and B to use the same JIRA? Or will they continue to use separate instances?
