How to export old projects as PDF (ro for audit reasons) including attachments (Word,Excel)?

How to export old projects and not only single issues as PDF (ro for audit reasons) including attachments (Word,Excel, as a picture)?

The reason is quite simple, every unused project has some custom fields and specific workflows, so from an operational and legal point of view, it totally makes sense to remove such "data garbage" and move it as thousands of PDF's into a document archiving system. To keep it there available for a specified legal duration. until the defined years are running out, and the archived PDF's will be deleted automatically by reaching the end date of that legal duration.

=> reduce operational effort on JIRA by streamlining the existing Jira Instance

=> reduce data management effort

=> reduce risks on non readable data and big datavolume to restore

So has anyone similar requirements and therefore also a solution in place which would cover such needs?

Looking forward to your replies

thx in advance

Life in Codes, an Atlassian Solution Partner implemented such a system by exporting all Jira issues to PDF and importing those to a document management system. So it's possible that way.

I'm aware of that Midori solution with Better PDF, and the related Brother App Better PDF Automation, but those inkludes always a JQL filter to check for new Issues to archive.

The idea was to use an app to extract a complete Jira Project in more or less a few clicks, without other dependencies to filters, scripts etc.

So i'm looking for user experience and not direct for sales ads.

Nevertheless thanks for your input
