How to export a A3 size of the Jira Plan view?

Hi,

I am currently using Jira Plan for managing tasks for multiple teams and I wish to export the gantt chart view in different paper size for easy documenting. I don't see such options on the screen. Is there any way to achieve this?

I am not sure if I follow your request correctly, but it seems like you want to create a copy of the plan timeline for documentation purposes on A3 size paper.

If this is the case, in Jira Plan, there is a share option at the top. By clicking on the share option, you will see a screen where you can share the plan as an image with adjustable pixel dimensions. You can then download the image. Alternatively, if you are using Windows, you can simply press Ctrl + P and a screen will appear with options to save as PDF. Under "More Settings," you can select the paper size as A3.
