Hi @Tiyasa Bhaumik ,

Got to the insatnce and saved filter, next click on the Export button which is in the dropdown menu, Next Select the CSV (current fields), Next locate the downloaded CSV file, Next open Excel, Next use Excel's OPEN function to open the CSV file, Next Excel should automatically separate the data into columns. If not you may need to adjust the delimiter settings during the import process, Next you may have to adjust colum widths, apply formatting, or add headers to make the daate more readable.

Thank You,

Sumukh

Hi @Tiyasa Bhaumik ,

You can create a filter and set columns to that filter and export the same excel csv.

Steps:

  1. Search for the stories to export in the Issue Navigator.
  2. Select the columns to export (you can add "Status" for example), re-order them.
  3. Export to a native Excel file (.xlsx) with the Better Excel Exporter app.

(Discl. this app is developed and supported by our team. Free for 10 users!)
