How to enabled Issue Navigator to use Better Excel Reporter add on?

Hello, 

Our team has recently added the Better Excel Reporter add on within JIRA to be able to extract reports on issues. To use this app, you need to enable the issue navigator. Everything I read tells me to enable to issue navigator within project settings > features. However, I do not see that feature available within the list. Is there something I need to do to add this feature to the available list?

Hello @Scott Simpson,

Would you be able to tell me what type of Project you are trying to enable the Issue Navigator within?

The Features you are referring to under Project Settings > Features are directly related to Jira Software Projects.

Although, the Issue Navigator is included by default in Jira Work Management Business projects by selecting the 'Issues' tab as seen in my example screenshot from a JWM Project in my test site:

Thank you, but this has been resolved. 

We were able to find the issue navigator in JSM and utilize filters to extract the reporting we needed.
