How to effectively put all business ask (with low priority, and having 100s of items) into a backlog ?

Like a very high rank number?

Thanks Team.

Hello @Bindu Sri

Welcome to the Atlassian community.

Can you provide more information about your question?

Do you not know how to add issues to a project?

Are you having trouble figuring out how to show the issues in priority order?

Are you trying to figure out how to show only the highest priority issues?

Issues have a Priority field that is a Selection List that enables you to set the priority at a high level; i.e. Highest, High, Medium, Low, Lowest. You would have multiple issues assigned to each priority value.

In the List view you can group the issues by Priority.

Alternately you can grab an individual issue and drag it to a different position in the list to rank the issues from highest priority at the top to lowest priority at the bottom. This doesn't change the value in the Priority field. This relative ordering of issues is tracked internally, but not in a field that appears in the UI.
