My company is using JIRA Service Desk. Our project is "Tweek Service Desk".
All notification emails sent by JSD or the Plugin Notifications for JSD have the following email subject:
"[Tweek Service-Desk] SP-20 - Ihr Ticket wurde erstellt"
Our Marketing department want's to have the subject without "-" so: [Tweek Service Desk]
Where can I edit this detail? Is it the $eventTypeName?
