There's no way to 'duplicate' a project, however what you can do is create a project using the same settings as an existing project - this will mean that when your new project is created, it will use the same workflows, screens, schemes etc as the existing project. You will need to add in your users manually as these will not be cloned.
Simply create a new project, select a template and a Company-Managed project, and once you've named your project click on the 'Share settings with existing project' tickbox. Note that this is only available for existing company-managed projects, and not for team-managed projects
