How to download more than 200 attachments in one ticket

Hi all,

We have a ticket with 775 attachments and want to download all of them. When we click on download all 99+ the zip file contains 200 attachments only. Is there a way to download all 775 attachments from one ticket?

Regards,

Hi @Silvio Keller

To be honest I am not aware if there is any limit on Jira Cloud that would always cut ZIP file on 200 attachments..

There is also no information in the documentation about this

https://support.atlassian.com/jira-software-cloud/docs/download-all-attachments-in-the-attachments-panel/

How big the file is when it contains those 200 attachments? maybe it is simply to big and hot the size limit? The default (per file) is 1 GB. The maximum size (per file) is 2 GB..

If would not be possible using this method you can always try programmatically using REST API to get attachment URL and download it or some kind of plugin from marketplace for example Bulk Attachment Download .
