How to display Log Work Dialog Box when a Jira user moves a Issue from one column to another column?

For ex: If a jira user moves an issue from To Do column to In Progress then I want to display  Log Work Dialog Box as shown in the attached screenshot below where I want to make jira user to enter the Work hours spent on that particular issue as shown below.

Please let me know the steps to implement it.
