How to display Avatar in Active Sprints to run the tasks by User

Hi 

while running stand-ups its getting tough to move back and forth on the page while tracking status updates by user. 

Can someone assist me on how do i set up to view avatars on top of the active sprint so that when i click an avatar it displays all tasks that are assigned. This helps me run the status updates by user in an active sprint.

One assignee per swimlane, with unassigned issues appearing either above or below the swimlanes.

You must be a Jira administrator or a board administrator for the board to configure its swimlanes.
