How to delete stories from the backlog?

I want to delete a story from the backlog but it seem that there is an issue with "authority" I don't understand why since i am the administrator

How can i solve this?

In the permission scheme, do you have the permission to delete issues?

Can you share with us an image of the permission scheme that shows the Delete Issue permission and the users/groups/roles granted that permission?

Are you just an administrator for the project, or are you a Jira Administrator?

A Jira Administrator can use the Permissions Helper tool to get more information about why you are unable to execute the operation.

is this the image you mean. I notice the delete issue in "uitpakken bruidsschat" on other board i can delete storie

Select Project Settings from the navigation pane on the left.

Then select Permissions. 

That will display the Permission Scheme and the details of that scheme for your project.

In the new screen under Issue Permissions find Delete Issues. Look at the Users/Groups/Project Roles assigned to that permission. You need to be a member of a User Group or Project Role or called out individually there in order to be able to delete issues in that project.
