How to delete a site

On your cloud site, go to Administration> Billing > Manage subscriptions. Look for the product you want to reset (Jira or Confluence), select the 3 dots for more options, and then select Delete. Enter the word DELETE into the field.

Hello @Avyukt M,

Thank you for reaching out to Atlassian Community!

The steps you mentioned are for removing a product from a site, but not to delete an entire site.

If you want to delete a site, you must cancel its subscription.

Go to Cog icon > Billing > Manage subscriptions > Cancel subscriptions.

For more details, please check the documentation below:

Thanks. I guess i have created 2 accounts and that was where the mixup came from. however, i have deleted the account now.

Can I open a new account?

Resetting your site if you have two or more cloud products

Use these steps if you have at least two different products on your cloud site (for example Confluence and Jira, Jira and Opsgenie, or Confluence and Opsgenie). If you have more than one Jira product, they count as one.

You can choose to only reset one product or you can reset both. If you want to reset both, you will need to do it one at a time.

  1. On your cloud site, go to Administration> Billing > Manage subscriptions.

  2. Look for the product you want to reset (Jira or Confluence), select the 3 dots for more options, and then select Delete.

  3. Enter the word DELETE into the field.

Can I just email atlassian somehow and state some folks created a new confluence or jira and have them delete it for me? I can see that through my Atlassian Admin and they are having issues trying to figure out how to remove.
