This is Majid @ Exalate.
As @Clark Everson has already pointed out, you need an integration application in order to get this done. We, at Exalate, specialize in providing this bi-directional synchronization between ServiceNow and Jira. The integration is easy to setup and provides granular control over all data items that your want/don't want to sync to the other side.
Please feel free to book a customized demo if you would like to see the product in action.
Thanks
Majid
This isn't a native function. For our servicenow integration it was developed in-house. Alternatively you could purchase an app from MarketPlace: https://marketplace.atlassian.com/search?query=servicenow
You can find several but as you're on Cloud I would recommend only consider those that have Cloud Security Participant tags.
Best,
Clark

@Kuhu shishodia hello. If you're open to using an external tool - check out ZigiOps. It's a flexible tool that establishes a bi-directional connection between systems like Jira and ServiceNow in a matter of minutes (without additional coding). It's fully customizable (ticket creation happens almost immediately) to fit various use cases, reads the schema dynamically, and syncs various data.
Feel free to look at it and even book a demo to see how it can handle your use case for real.
Regards, Diana (ZigiWave team)
