How to create header tabs at top of confluence page?

Hi,
What's the easiest/most straight forward way to add a series of tabs at the top of a confluence page?
Something similar to the image below is what I'm looking for.
Each tab/heading essentially links to another page but the overall page header and other info stay the same.
