How to create bug status report to show them every week historically

Hi,
I'm working with jira bugs, and I'd like to create a report about them.
It is important to show every week (as a treding), and show the onwers (as a squad), and also the priorties.
The owners and the priorities are not problem, but to show historically for the weeks it is.
I'm using excel charts now based on Jira data, but I'd like to automate it as possible. Also it is important to show them in email, so the data should be visible, like in this screenshot:
